To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to text message communications from Blevins Holdings LLC, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages, including but not limited to: service updates, transactional notifications, promotional offers, and account alerts.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Blevins Holdings LLC is not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier.

Content you submit remains yours. By submitting content, you grant Blevins Holdings LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blevins Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Blevins Holdings LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

For any SMS-related disputes, the parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

Blevins Holdings LLC may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or SMS. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
