Copyright & DMCA Notice

This notice explains ownership and permitted use of Blevins Holdings content, how to request permission, and the process for submitting copyright infringement notices and counter-notices.

Blevins Holdings LLC Effective: August 22, 2026 Last Updated: August 22, 2026 Version 1.0
Use the correct channel. Send copyright infringement notices and counter-notices to copyright@blevinsholdings.com. Send permission and other intellectual-property questions to legal@blevinsholdings.com.

1. Copyright Ownership

Unless otherwise identified, the text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, page designs, interfaces, software, code, documentation, reports, downloads, video, audio, logos, and other original content made available by Blevins Holdings are owned by Blevins Holdings LLC, an applicable affiliate, or a licensor and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Copyright notices do not limit any additional protection available under trademark, patent, trade-secret, contract, database, unfair-competition, or other law.

2. Permitted Use of Public Content

You may view and make a reasonable number of copies of public website content for your personal informational use or internal business evaluation, provided that you:

  • do not remove copyright, trademark, confidentiality, attribution, or proprietary notices;
  • do not modify the content in a misleading manner;
  • do not imply endorsement, affiliation, authorization, or government approval;
  • do not use the content for unlawful, competitive, commercial-resale, training-data, or automated-extraction purposes; and
  • comply with the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, and any document-specific restrictions.

No other license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

3. Restricted Uses

Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, license, create derivative works from, systematically scrape, mirror, frame, remove notices from, or commercially exploit protected Blevins content, except as permitted by law.

Requests for permission should identify the material, intended use, audience, distribution method, duration, territory, and whether the use is commercial.

4. Trademarks and Brand Assets

Blevins Holdings names, logos, seals, platform names, product names, service names, slogans, and trade dress may be trademarks or protected brand assets. Use of copyrighted content does not grant permission to use a trademark or imply endorsement.

Do not use Blevins marks in domain names, social-media handles, advertising keywords, product names, or materials that may cause confusion without written authorization.

5. User and Third-Party Content

Content submitted through Blevins services remains subject to the applicable Terms of Service, agreement, and intellectual-property rights. You must have the rights necessary to submit content and to grant any license required for Blevins to host, process, transmit, or display it.

Third-party content may be subject to separate rights and restrictions. A link, citation, or display of third-party content does not transfer ownership to Blevins or grant you a license from the third-party owner.

6. Notice of Claimed Copyright Infringement

If you believe material available through a Blevins online service infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing substantially the following:

  1. a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved;
  3. identification and location of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough information for us to locate it;
  4. your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Send notices to the Copyright Agent identified below. Incomplete notices may delay review.

7. Our Response to a Notice

We may remove or disable access to identified material, preserve records, notify the user who supplied the material, request additional information, or take other action appropriate under the circumstances.

Removal does not constitute an admission of infringement. We may restore material when a valid counter-notice is received and the complaining party does not timely notify us of a court action seeking to restrain the user.

8. Counter-Notice

If material you submitted was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the removed material and its location before removal;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
  5. a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the notice or that person’s agent.

We may forward the counter-notice to the complaining party. Subject to applicable law, we may restore the material in not less than ten (10) and not more than fourteen (14) business days after forwarding the counter-notice unless we receive notice that the complaining party filed a court action.

9. Repeat Infringer Policy

Where appropriate and in our discretion, we may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual-property rights. We may also restrict access for serious or willful infringement even without repeated notices.

10. Misrepresentation and Abuse

Submitting a materially false infringement notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. Do not submit a notice unless you have a good-faith basis and are authorized to act.

Copyright procedures must not be used to suppress criticism, resolve trademark disputes, remove unfavorable but lawful content, or pursue claims unrelated to copyright.

11. Copyright Agent

Send copyright notices and counter-notices to:

Operational requirement before publication. If Blevins relies on the safe-harbor provisions of 17 U.S.C. § 512, confirm that each applicable legal entity has an active, accurate designation in the U.S. Copyright Office’s online directory and that the designation is renewed on time. Website publication alone does not complete that registration.

12. Permissions and Other Intellectual-Property Questions

For permission to reuse Blevins content, questions about trademarks, or other intellectual-property matters that are not infringement notices, email legal@blevinsholdings.com. Do not send ordinary business disputes or confidential submissions to the Copyright Agent unless they concern a copyright notice.
