This Policy applies to Blevins Holdings public websites and digital properties that link to it. A particular Blevins platform, authenticated service, affiliated entity, or third-party service may provide a separate cookie notice or privacy notice.

In this Policy, “Blevins,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Blevins Holdings LLC. “You” refers to the individual using the applicable website or digital property.

Where required by applicable law, we treat a valid Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device that sends the signal. If we can reasonably associate the signal with an authenticated account, applicable law may require broader treatment. Otherwise, a signal may not automatically apply across browsers, devices, accounts, or contexts.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard governing how websites should interpret that signal, our sites may not respond to it. This does not affect our treatment of GPC or another legally recognized opt-out preference signal where required.

Where required by applicable law, we seek consent before storing or accessing non-essential cookies, including optional analytics, functional, and advertising technologies. You may withdraw or change consent through the available cookie controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

United States

Depending on the state and whether an applicable privacy law covers Blevins or the activity involved, you may have the right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. The methods described in this Policy and our Privacy Policy are available for applicable requests.

Other jurisdictions

Additional notice, consent, or opt-out rights may apply based on your location. We may adjust cookie controls by region to address applicable requirements.

Cookie expiration periods vary by category, purpose, provider, and configuration. The durations in the table are representative, not a guarantee that every cookie remains for the full period. A cookie may expire sooner, be deleted by you, be replaced, or be removed when a provider or configuration changes.

Information derived from cookies may also be retained in server logs, analytics systems, security records, campaign records, or other business systems for periods that differ from the browser cookie itself. Those records are retained according to our Privacy Policy, provider settings, contracts, legal obligations, security needs, and legitimate business purposes.

Our public websites are not directed to children. We do not knowingly use cookies to sell or share the personal information of individuals under sixteen years of age for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a Blevins site, contact our Privacy Office.
