Reporting to the President, Jennifer oversees day-to-day operations, enterprise coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives across the holding structure and its subsidiaries. She is responsible for operational performance, vendor and partner coordination, enterprise support functions, and alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution.

Chief Legal Officer
Responsible for legal affairs, regulatory compliance, contract management, and governance across the holding company and its subsidiaries. Advises executive leadership on matters spanning government contracting, corporate structure, employment law, and enterprise risk.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Leads people strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development. Partners with executive and operational leadership to build the organizational infrastructure required to support growth across subsidiaries and business units.
Tanya Bernard
Vice President, Human Resources
Supports day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee programs, policy administration, and workforce coordination. Works closely with the CHRO and operational leadership to ensure HR processes across the organization are consistent, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
